Gasthof Belchenblick is continuously working to make the website https://gasthof-belchenblick.de/ accessible, to ensure that all visitors can use the content and functions without restrictions. We adhere to the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), which implements the provisions of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) into German law.

Accessibility Status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the BFSG in conjunction with Directive (EU) 2019/882. The assessment is based on a self-assessment last carried out on 2026-04-24, using automated testing tools and manual spot checks.

However, there are the following points where accessibility is beyond our direct control or where, exceptionally, no subsequent adjustment is made:

• Some older posts and PDF documents published before June 28, 2025, will not be retrospectively adjusted (legacy content).
• Some third-party content is displayed on the website via embedded services (e.g., IFrames or plugins). This includes, in particular, map material from Google Maps. We have no direct influence on the accessible design of this external content. The respective accessibility information of the third-party providers applies to this content.
• Online booking is done via an external booking system (DIRS21 – One). The booking process is provided via the platform reservation.one.dirs21.de. We have no direct influence on the accessible design of this external content.
• This website sometimes uses images with text overlays where the contrast between text and background does not always meet the recommended minimum requirements. This is a conscious design decision. To improve readability, the contrast can be individually adjusted using the accessibility tool (see below).
• We adhere to legal requirements and implement the WCAG 2.1 requirements at Level AA. Further requirements of Level AAA (such as sign language or complete text alternatives) are not mandatory and will not be implemented.

Supporting Tools

To support accessibility, we use the OneTap tool on our website. This offers visitors various functions for individual display adjustments, e.g., larger font sizes, increased contrasts, or improved readability of content.

The functions can be accessed via the corresponding icon on the website and help users to better perceive and operate content. We strive to integrate embedded third-party content as accessibly as possible. Should any limitations arise, we will provide alternative information upon request.
